That sounds GOOD! We do sliders with beef (a good quick and dirty add in is a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix) and ground turkey. I like that one Greek-style: mix in some bread crumbs for body, some fresh oregano, basil, lemon zest, and feta, shape, and grill those suckers up. With homemade slider rolls, please: crusty on the outside, soft on the inside, and toasted with butter (if possible). Offer lots of fixins, & dinner is served :)

I don't believe you. Nuh, uh. Send me a few dozen.

Pleazzze?

Oh yum those sound wonderful!...hey if you make homemade chips, or even just crispy fries, try saltin' 'em with a seasoned salt heavy on celery, or take celery salt and add it to your favorite to give it some celery boost, I think it compliments the feta on the sandwich for some reason...picked that up a Greek diner I love, never failed me yet:thumbs_up:
My hubby is a chef - when last he came back down to civilization he bought a big bunch of celery salt to use up North - so I think you have a very good point there!

(Now I am going to try your tip) - he never did tell me why he needed all that celery seed.

(Oh wait - you said celery 'salt' - so will the celery seed work just as well if you mix it into your seasoning salt?) :lemo::drool:

Sure, just crush/grind some up and mix it in, careful though, a little celery seed goes a long way, especially once you release its oils pulverizin' the ever lovin' snot out of it

When i order a hamburger or a kebab at the grilljoint, it isnt often i go there but when i do, i always order a side dish if Chili Cheese nuggets. Just the right thing to spice things up. And no heart attack yet, Flake!

We have a (kind of) version of these here. (though, without the spice)
We take a 'round' of Camembert, crumb it, deep fry.. and then cover it in a sweet berry jam/or jelly in the U.S.
It is soooooooooooooooo good.
