Yes. They are very dangerous to critters. It is common to see poisoned dogs brought to my daughter's vet. They are called Bufo frogs. Critters love to "play" with those toads. Only saw one on my land. Relocated it.Spidey, you know about these giant toads?

First the daisies, and now the toads...... if you're not careful, the weekly death threats will have to resume.Toads are a pain in the a$$. I’m always having to stop the lawn tractor and pick one of the little hopping buggers up to move out of the way. There is a little guy on my shoulder that always says “ just ignore and continue” but so far he isn’t winning out.
How does your daughter treat a poisoned dog? Is there an antidote like used for a snake bite?
Ah, the benefits of distance.First the daisies, and now the toads...... if you're not careful, the weekly death threats will have to resume.
Did I mention that there is a very good possibility that I'll be traveling through your area in the fall?Ah, the benefits of distance.

Do you see him before or after you eat the skittles with the pretty design on it?There is only one toad that I like and he wears a hat, scarf, lives in a big house and shouts 'poop poop' when in a car.
Treatment almost has to be immediate, within 30 minutes of exposure. Flushing of the mouth for up to 10 minutes/ watching the heart and giving drugs to stabilize, pain meds if necessary. Unfortunately, most do to survive. Nasty toad. How does your daughter treat a poisoned dog? Is there an antidote like used for a snake bite?
Oddly enough, my uncle says the same about my driving......Worringly, before and After. Though in fairness, his driving is much improved after.
I've asked my vet what to do in case my dog got one and he told me to take a hose and rinse the dog's mouth out and that will get him out of danger. Then bring him in to the vet. I'm not sure what they do at that point. A dog like Ozzy that is 75-80 pounds has a much better chance than the smaller dogs.

My attorneys have advised me not to speak on this subject......Ok, am I right in thinking you have never been in an accident but have seen hundreds of them?

It basically comes down to if we decide to fly or not.....if we drive, we'll spend at least one night in your vicinity.....but if we fly, we'll head straight to Portland, ME......
Would you like me to bring you some daisies?.....I'm taking OoO some blue raspberry wine, and Marsha is going to sample some Southern sweet iced tea......
