The guy who does my hair is in love with this book (he liked the movie as well). I'm not a Reese fan, but want to read the book and see the movie just because of him.Wild - Reese Witherspoon.

Yes, I think the book would be great. The guy who does my hair is in love with this book (he liked the movie as well). I'm not a Reese fan, but want to read the book and see the movie just because of him.
I recorded one of her movies called The Good Lie - still have not gotten around to watching it - have you seen it?Yes, I think the book would be great.
I mostly like her, but sometimes not.
This role is very different, of course, than what you're used to seeing her in, and I thought she did a great job.
I've not, but it looks good. I need to watch it.I recorded one of her movies called The Good Lie - still have not gotten around to watching it - have you seen it?
DJ,I just watched Deliverance for the bazillionth time.
For those of you who have seen it, I have a question.
Has anyone read the book? I have it in my TBR pile, but don't know. When Drew goes off the canoe and they kept saying he was shot, was he? I kept replaying that. He sort of shakes his head before he goes over, but he was also acting very strange. Did he have a break in reality and commit suicide? He wouldn't put on his life vest. He wouldn't answer when talked too.
And second, when they found him and his arm was all messed up (which looked very very real), they at first had him hooked to the canoe, and then they weighed him down with rocks and let him go. Why? Were they just worried that if he was shot, that would put too much spotlight on the area to search for a killer and their part in the weekend would come to light? So, they just sunk him?
And, they were going to flood the town, would the river itself dry up, and reveal these two bodies weighted down with stones, or was it going to make it a big lake?
Oh, stop. You're in love with anything with a pulse.Birdman or The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance
I am in LOVE with Michael Keaton all over again.
Hold on a minute.Oh, stop. You're in love with anything with a pulse.
You don't love me?Hold on a minute.
Oh, yeah, you don't have a pulse.
(You deserved that.)
Only if you have a pulse? Do you?You don't love me?
Mad Max: Fury Road.
Well, I hope this isn't too disappointing. Grandma and a couple of the Descendants are still downstairs watching it. I watched it for 15 minutes, fell asleep for a few more, tried to watch a few more, got up, got snacks for everyone else, and gave up. Literally, I could not have enjoyed it less.
The technology and the mass of humans was completely unbelievable for the post-Armageddon world they were claiming. The, sure, nonstop action was pointless and computer-generated with characters lacking any sort of sympathy. I could not figure out the motivation for a single character, and if the motivation is bereft in the first 15 minutes, something's not getting done right. I could go on, but I simply could not find a single reason to enjoy this one.
