I spend half the day with bureaucracy stuff went there called different people. Looks like my health insurence didn't took money from my bank account seems they shouldn't know that they should have. Guy on phone was inputent. If I would not have called they wouldn't know by now. Said they will send me a letter. Otherwise I am two steps further.
