What do you think of allowing more immigrants into the country (legally, of course) - do you think it is a good thing/bad thing/neutral etc. ?
My two closest friends are (legal) immigrants. Come here, go through proper channels to stay here and obey our laws. No problem with that.
I am completely against people sneaking over our borders. If they don't have anything to hide, they wouldn't have to do it that way.

I really don't know what a sanctuary city is, actually
I agree with you - go through all the proper channels and if you have nothing to hide i.e. criminal past for example, then you should be allowed to become a citizen (eventually after the waiting period, medical, proper sponsors and paperwork, money [fees] etc.)
Believe me, I know - it took my Scottish husband six years before he finally got his Canadian citizenship! (and he is one of the hardest working people I have ever met in my life).
Do you think a man and a woman can become good friends without ever getting intimate? or to put it another way, if two people become intimate does it definitely change their friendship?

A sanctuary city is one that will knowingly harbor people (who are here illegally) who are facing deportation.
