Welcome back!The short version of a long story...When I was on here regularly I had my house flood and lost more or less everything - along with being out of the place for 5 months while I was fixed. Rental house, lack of computers..blah blah...but while that happened I decided to go and do more study, which I did, am doing - and have been super busy with since. Its holidays now, recently managed to squeeze in some reading (Mr Mercedes) and found myself back here to see how you guys found it. And of course remembered how much I like it here...Thanks for asking

I'm still alive. Just very, very busy. I blog on Facebook when I can, and that was going to turn into copying to my blog, but I haven't done that either.
These 16-hour days take it out of you. But tomorrow evening, I board the plane for home, and the office has taken me off the calendar for next week (with possibly one exception). Hope to get caught up then!!!
I copied my latest Facebook blog and will put it in the self-promo section.

Sorry if I'm being obtuse, but if someone knows exactly what was said that can't be unsaid or what was done that can't be undone, I'd sure appreciate it if anyone could clue me in. Dio and people are always sparring, what was so bad, what happened?

@DanaJean- I truly do not know. IF, big IF I recall there was another post since deleted. in the profile page. Something about Hot Topics. I think all the "political" stuff just got to much. Upon looking at the cartoon chart- he took the "high road"? and opted to take a break. I send him Love and green lights and hope all is well for him.

This makes me feel really sad. I guess a lot of people might just see DiO in the political threads.
.....but there is so much more to him. He's funny, and smart, and he really does have a heart of gold. I miss joking around with him, and hope he returns soon. ♥
I agree, Sundrop . He helped me find the right equipment for an outdoor project. And he did care about many things on the SKMB.

I agree. Outside of the hot topics, Dio lets his true self come out. He's funny and generous and quick with a nice word. Even though we are very far apart politically, I like to interact with him elsewhere on the MB.

There are a few people on this website that I don't particularly like as they seem to have an opinion and like it as long as you agree with them and if you don't they infer that you must be a closet racist or bigot or sexist. I don't let it worry me as I'm very Liberal and treat everybody with compassion. I like the ones that speak their mind. I also have a new joke about the blonde feminist.

I had noticed and commented on DiO'Bolic absence earlier. I had read a post of his in a thread (Random Thoughts maybe.) about being upset about PC something? I didn't understand it and when I didn't see him posting that day (The Monday after the Pulse massacre) I went to his Profile Page. All I saw was him saying he needed some time off/away. Don't try to reach him... etc. He had fixed it so you couldn't post on his Profile Page.
I can't imagine him being upset with anyone here. He's been debating with all of the members who participate in the Hot Topics section for a time now and I didn't see anything extraordinary going on in the Hot Topics section. (Did anyone PM him? Was there something going on behind the scenes we don't know about?) I figured he had got upset with some one in real life and decided to take some time off here to not run into *PC* posts here. (I have no idea what he meant about PC.)
The things I read in his Profile Page just now? They were not there when I first checked it. (The Monday after the Pulse massacre.)
