My car didn't make it. Im stuck in Flagstaff. It should be fixed tomorrow but I cancelled my reservation anyway. I'm slightly discouraged at the moment but it is not outside of the realm of possibility that I'll go anyway. Danny and I still want to make the drive.
Oh my God! Watch out for shiny kids on big wheels and dead women in bath tubs!
There is not a shower In my room, there is a large four post bath tub, I will not be getting into it
I had to google that and still can't figure it out. What is a four post bath tub? Sounds large! You could have everyone over for a splash.
Is it like this? In room 217 of The Stanley that would be creepy.
...Ok, so today's trip was a driving tour...Tracy didn't feel well-so I didn't want her out in the heat for to long....her RA and Fibro have reacted oddly with the change in climate and elevation...she has been feeling better though as the day wore on....anyhoo, I took her to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal wildlife refuge....it is a decommissioned military base, that once made tons of munitions for the Armed Forces and had stores of Mustard and Sarin gas.....once it was cleaned, the government turned it into a wildlife sanctuary....my phone doesn't zoom well...will have to upload Tracy's pics, which are much better, when time allows....but here goes....

...just appealed to my quirky sense of humor.....the enormous vista of blue sky and one perfectly Pooh size cloud.....
...crappy shot of two waterfowl....an Egret, and to the right is one I have seen before but cannot recall the species...when I get Tracy's shots drug over here, hers are so close and beautiful you can see the soul in their eyes....

Nope, I don't mind staying in room 217 but I'm not getting into that tub
....and Deb913 came bearing gifts....this is what the two layer, icing filled GIANT(GNT)cookie looked like before I got to it.......god bless her, my blood sugar will never be the same.....
