We arrived in Estes Park yesterday, late afternoon. Is there a specific place we're meeting at the Stanley today? I'm assuming there will be some tour gathering place identified on site, but I just wanted to be sure I didn't miss anything here. Can't wait!

I think I am doing better. I am eating strained peaches for breakfast and a 1/4 of a scrambled
egg. Have to start light they said. (Wanted the other 3/4's of the egg too ).

That can be confusing, there is a parking lot in the front and back of the main hotel, there are also multiple buildings to the Stanley.

In the main building their is lobby floor, and a basement ( a lower floor ) opened to guest / tourist.There is a coffee shop and the tour meeting place located in the main building basement level not the lobby level, the guest rooms are located on the floors above the lobby level.

Took a day off from spending time with the MIL yesterday and headed into SF for lunch and some site seeing. The Modern Jewish Museum was having a Stanley Kubrick retrospective and among The Shing memorabilia was this. I couldn't resist posting when I saw not_nadine's post as I was catching up with the Kon-goers.
Edit: sorry the photo with the description is blurry. It just says that these are the costumes worn by the actresses in the movie.
