Anybody remember the "20 minute workout"? It used to come on early in the morning.
I remember going to the Avionics shop when I was a Supply Tech because they needed an aircraft part. I passed through their coffee room and there were all the aircraft mechanics and airframe techs staring at the TV, tongues just about lolling out while watching their morning aerobics show.

I was born in the late 80's so don't remember anything of the century. But this Sega I remember cause my cousin's owned one and
I played it a lot every time I was and visited them.
