Just me? Who else has a story.

Mine sits across from me. Every day at 10am and 2pm she slowly and methodically
rips papers in half, then in half again. It goes on and on.

I know, its a little thing. I am developing a twitch every time she does it. My left ear drum will spaz in protest.

Please make it stop! I am buying a paper shredder for her.

Maybe she's an ex-'10 o'clock person' and this is how she deals with wanting that little white stick of tobacco?

I got a few co workers that have hugged me when I got back to work. I am thinking what the f you don't know me. so I say "what you hate your job this much that you are glad I am back to work." and one response was "no I have had to work so hard since you are gone." little do they know since getting hurt I have made up my mind not to do 90% of the work while they do ten just so we get the job done. My bosses already know I am a hard worker and I am not going to make up for other peoples lazy. Since I have been gone 4 people have been fired because no one was there to pick up where they slacked off!!!!!!!! grrrrrrrr I hate being a workaholic.

It's a generational thing, but I would like to see people who don't actually work on the telephone put the phone down and actually do some work.

I find the eight-second attention span extremely annoying . . . and not just at work.

I have a co-worker who clips his nails regularly at his desk. Snip, pause, snip, repeat. My boss used to text me every time, usually along the lines of, "Man, those things grow fast!"
I would have to leave. That is so disgusting and rude.
If it kept up, I would have to say something.
PUKE.

I do this with my toenails........

I am so glad there is no sound card here at work.

:miserable:

That is funny.

I wish I found things so amusing.

I just realized maybe between ten and two you should chew some gum really obnoxiously. Like do the small bubble pops that are really loud. and then maybe you can train this person like Pavlov dogs but instead of drooling this person will cringe at tearing paper because of gum noises. MU HA HA HA

I find a few people I work with to be pretty insufferable. Mostly because of their work habits and inability to recognize how they cause problems for others by not doing things correctly.

Fortunately, I am pretty much insulated from the internal drama of my workplace. My job is completely independent of the rest of the company and I work alone most of the time.
