I still think of someone evil staring at me through a dark window (now and then). We had this old house in Toronto and a long narrow kitchen - the big window at the end of the room faced a back alley and it scared me.The glasses-wearing, book-reading quiet type that is really a superfreak once you get to know her.

Love them, particularly when we make homemade ramen We don't make the noodles, but we use udon or buckwheat noodles from the Asian market. Delicious! Not so fond of packaged ramen--too salty.Over the back fence
