We had a storm that knocked my power out last night and I missed last nights episode. So, I got up early this morning and watched the new episode online. It was a good episode and it was a "set the stage" episode for the final 2. I got thrown a couple of curve balls last night. The ending really seemed to come from nowhere. I have no guess as to what is up with that.

Creepiest scene last night (and one of the creepiest they've ever had) - Norman and Norma talking about his being attracted to her. It might be the single most telling scene in the series that shows this attraction is not a one-way deal.

The final two episodes should be fun.

Okay, I had never actually read PSYCHO, so I went and got the book. It's pretty true to the movie so far, I'm halfway through.
Nice! I have a big hardcover with Psycho, Psycho II, and Psycho House and haven't read any of the stories yet. You're inspiring me to start on them! Got to read something before Finders Keepers comes out next month! =D

And then they lay down on the bed together and laugh away. Nope, no attraction there.....

I haven't posted about this season, mostly because I am always behind! But all caught up for right now, and this is easily the best season. So creepy.

Where did that girl at the end of last week's episode come from? I can't remember her name. I can't even really remember if she was supposed to be dead or if they just helped her leave town. I do remember she killed someone. Anyway, was she really there? Or just in Norman's head?

It has been a stellar season. And The Returned has been really good, too! Anyone watching that, right after Bates Motel?

Arista answered your question about the girl. Also, in case anyone forgot, the dog Norman was chasing is imaginary. I think the dog died in the first season.

Yep, the dog is the reason I was wondering if Bradley was really there or not. But the dog did seem to "disappear" right before he saw Bradley...so maybe she really was there?

Did you all notice Norman had the dog stuffed and sitting on a shelf in his room? When he was sitting in the rocker. Shivers!!

I totally agree...do not see the purpose of Bradley back in the picture. Can poor Norman ever have sex without Norma being there? LOL

The only purpose I see for her is

to be a victim of Norman's that won't raise any suspicion since everyone thinks she's dead anyway. But still, that seems kind of weak compared to the pending powder keg of the rest of the characters. Maybe they will surprise us.
