Hey, Maryanne. Thanks for sharing this song. I'd never heard it performed, although it was one of the first tunes I learned on piano along with "Last Date" by Floyd Cramer. In the same vein, I like "Stranger On The Shore", "Stella By Starlight", and "A Time For Us".
Good one. I think Nottie likes this song, too. (I just realized your signature is from a Bad Company song...right?)
The Righteous Brothers do a nice rendition with the words.Hey, Maryanne. Thanks for sharing this song. LOL...don't we all? I listened to this this weekend.
Great album! I like "Tupelo Honey", too. Not sure if it's on this album, can't remember. Morrison has a bunch of mellow, nostalgic songs- usually with a warm, friendly sax. Both are on the same album

Yes sir. I like the song, I have a story about seeing Bad Company in concert in 1993, and I'm pretty sure the statute of limitations is up on everything that occurred.....but that's a story for another time..The signature is also a nod to Roland Deschain, my favorite literary character of all time on this level of the tower or any other.Good one. I think Nottie likes this song, too. (I just realized your signature is from a Bad Company song...right?)
I adore the song Into the Mystic. I first fell in love with it from the movie, Immediate Family. Both are on the same album
Hmm...I never tried soothing music or yoga. I usually get petulant and kick out at things with my legs and words.

Ha. Not even Gnat Flicks and Chill?
I never chill.
I remember back in the 80's I used to chill out with Jean-Pierre Rampal and Lily Laskine "Sakura - Japanese Melodies for Flute and Harp". It was very peaceful and relaxing. I had it on cassette, but now that I am recalling it I'll have to find the CD.
