Neesy

I made another recipe that is quite easy as well - you just need condensed milk, graham cracker crumbs, coconut and walnuts. Those look great Neesy! I think squares count just fine.
Forgot to mention earlier that I used parchment paper based on the feedback on this thread. I hadn't used it before and LOVE it! Thanks folks!
(I fancied mine up a bit with butterscotch chips on top).
I actually made these in the morning on Friday before work and brought them in while they were still warm. By 1130 just before our luncheon I cut them up into bars.
Quick Hurry Bars
2 cups (500 ml) graham cracker crumbs
1-1/2 cups (325 ml) flaked coconut
1 cup (250 ml) chopped walnuts
11 oz. (300 ml) Sweetened condesnsed milk
Combine graham crumbs, coconut and walnuts in a medium bowl. Add condensed milk and stir well. Scrape into a well-greased 8x8-inch (20x20-cm) pan. Bake in 350-deg. F. (175-deg. C.) oven for 40 minutes or until wooden pick unserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Store, covered, airtight. Cuts into 25 squares.
