Is this place a derelict or does someone own it and let it go to needing lots of repairs? It's a great house; lots of
potential I think.
I'm not sure, but I think it is still owned......I'll check after work and let you know for sure.
The Boyd house had stood for 103 years and was privately owned. The town of Hamlet ordered the house to be torn down, and was fining the owner $50 per day until it was eventually torn down.
