Snow Donuts. Snow donuts are caused by a thin layer of wet snow and the right wind conditions. The wind picks up the snow and causes it to roll and pick up more snow. The middle being the loosest snow will be swept out and leave a donut. These can be of many sizes.


This is my Aunt, she lives in same area as myself and we had a lot of these all over town this past winter....
