I thought the CUJO movie was fine up until the end... which was totally WRONG!Not really a contest between these three. Pet Sematary is head and shoulders above the other two in terms of intensity and horror. Second would be Cujo - have to mention a stellar performance by Dee Wallace in the under-appreciated movie version. Christine is OK but it never turned my crank the way the other two do.
Not kill... just challenge! Cujo will always hold a special place for me as well.... Christine was my least fave of the 3... ironic I don't much care for "car" themed stories by SK, and my pic is a CAR!I think this KingAHolic person is trying to kill us!
It was tough but in the end I went with Cujo because it was one of the first I read as a kid and this battered paperback cover scared me.

I had to go with Pet Sematary. I didn't find scary, but very sad. Cujo would be my second pick. Christine I had trouble getting into. I believe it was partly due to the fact my mom was going through chemotherapy at the time and I read most of while she was having treatments.
I can't vote in this survey due to my begin a relative philistine about early sK stuff, as I've yet to read either Cujo or Christine. Pet Sematary's fantastic, imho, and an absolute must-read-asap for any CR.
I intend to eventually. Have to finish Doctor Sleep, though.Read Cujo!
