Two weeks ago I got a video of my youngest as lead prosecutor in a mock trial from a week-long workshop at a college for high school students interested in becoming lawyers. Saturday I get a video from her friend of my youngest crowd surfing up to the stage at some big concert she went to. Two weeks ago she was my wife’s daughter and Saturday the wife said she’s her father’s daughter. After I got the video I texted my youngest… ‘What part of don’t do anything stupid didn’t you understand?’
...from experience....all she got on that text was the written equivalent of Charlie Brown's teacher.....wha, wha,...wha, wha, wha.....
Yeah... pretty much. Her response was "But it was fun."

A lady I've been covering for at work while she's on maternity leave started back part-time today. That's a huge relief for me because I've been just drowning.
