I like "End of Watch" better. I was going to suggest it...
...Marsha, was it a PC kinda thing?...since "suicide" is still an ouchy subject for so many?.....I did get Steve's confirmation that the title is now END OF WATCH. He'd thought he'd told me already.
Those were my initial thoughts, but I think Marsha said in another thread the change was Tabby's idea.
...Okey-Doke....what mama says, goes.....after all, that whole Carrie thing worked out OK....

Well,having just finished Finders Keepers,my feeling is I like the change..because the suicide king,didn't he already get top billing in Mr Mercedes? I like the thought that maybe a good guy is getting it this time,though as we know with his twists and turns it could pertain to anything..
Can't wait for the next book! Finders Keepers was awesome! Any plans in the works for the November release of the short story collection?
I don't know if this is the proper thread for this or not, but I'm willing to buy a signed copy of Finders Keepers from anyone attending the signing for $350.

I am going to the library for the first time since a bomb was placed in it. THEy BETTER HAVE FINDERS KEEPERS i am risking life and limb muhahahahahah!!!!!!!!!!
nope no finders keepers. And there was like 27 holds on it. I was like whaaaaaaaaaaat. You guys need to get more then two copies of books that are so well in demand. ok maybe they have like 5. I even checked the large print 1 and gone. I should have known though I just assumed people stopped getting library books and only do online books because anytime I go to the library there is only like three people there. and they are there to use the computers. Ignorance is NOT always bliss.

yeah i never new when his books were coming out i would just be pleasantly surprised if i saw them.
I was surprised that tickets were still available given that it is the only signing for this book and limited only to 500. Maybe the location just isn't convenient. And not much publicity. I assume King is trying to limit it to locals as much as possible, but in the age of the Internet that is swimming upstream.
