Kat slept a lot yesterday. She had a bad night though of the coughing. All she wants to do is stay in Karen's arms.
The doctor told Karen to just keep up the breathing treatments, and the antibiotic.

Now I'm sick. I went to the doctor this past Sunday. I have some kind of virus.
I never knew one body could have so much snot in it.

I was put on an antibiotics, and I have to use my inhaler, because the doctor heard wheezing in my lungs. I can't remember what the medical name is for what I have.
Update on Kat. The coughing spells are down to about 2 a day now.She felt good enough to play a little bit on Saturday. Her appetite is back. She lost 5 pounds, so hopefully she will gain that back.
She was yelling at her brother last night, so she is slowly getting better.

I'm glad Kat's feeling better. How old is she? If she's fairly young it's so common for kids to be effected by all sorts of microorganisms because their little livers haven't produced the antibodies for those organisms yet.
What you have might be bronchitis.
Thanx for the well-wish, and thanx to everyone for their thoughts and prayers. I'm feeling better already in that my throat hurts less, a clear sign of a viral not bacterial infection.
Kat is 2 years, 7 months old. She has always been a sickly child.
Does doc know why she's been sickly? Even if not, it doesn't mean she'll always be sickly. As we speak her immune system is being added to in ability to fight back.
The doctor keeps an eye on her, and when she is 5 or6 he is having her tested for asthma. Other than that, I don't know why she is sickly. It's like every other week she is sick with something.
She didn't have any coughing fits yesterday, but Karen gave her 2 breathing treatments.
I had the coughing fit about 11 last night, and my chest hurts this morning.
Hopefully the answers to all our needs and necessities will move at the speed of prayer and we might learn to do the same also....
My next door neighbor has to put his dog to sleep Monday. I'm asking for thoughts and prayers for him and his family.
