I'm now officially a Sigma Beta Delta member. My induction ceremony was last night. It was interesting being one of the oldest students being inducted. It was a joint ceremony with the full time students. Most of whom had parents there that were about my age!

Never thought I'd be finishing my degree let alone being inducted into an honor society.

Oh yeah, I have also been notified that I'm eligible for induction into the Alexander Grahm Bell Honor Society. That's my college's honor society. Bell was the first Chancellor of the school. Gotta write an essay for that in my spare time.....

On top of that, I, along with the other non-traditional students, was asked to submit remarks for evaluation to speak at Commencement. They have both traditional and non-traditional student speakers. Not sure if I'm going to submit or not. I have enough stuff to do just to graduate. I am the project manager for my capstone project. Good and bad with that. Good that I don't have to do a lot of the research or any of the financial statement preparation. Bad that I, along with one of my classmates, have to take everyone else's material and create the written part of the project. Plus I get to be the guy harassing everyone to do their part. Fun times ;;D

As I type this, I am just wrapping up homework for the night (er...morning). My mind is mush. Not to say my homework's done. Still will spend good chunks of Saturday and Sunday on that :hammer:

Now it's off to bed to rest my weary SwiftDog head. Up early to take Brody Dog to school. He has a follow up lesson at Canine College. Yes, SwiftDog's dog is wicked smaahht too!
