I'm back already. I'm fine, got some steroid eye drops for the irritation and inflammation I've caused - probably because of my horrendous cold that lasted weeks. I'm such a baby; I almost gave birth at home twice because I hate going to the hospital. I don't like going to the doctor or the dentist. I'm always afraid I've got something incurable. I'm insane. I hope your apt goes well and you get some good news Linda!! thanks for being a friend!

sometimes. Yesterday my right eye was sore again when I woke up. It still bother me, but not so much as year ago, when doctors finally
found out what was wrong. Eye pain is the worst pain at least for me.

@Jojo87 I'm sorry to hear about your eye troubles. Yes, it is very painful. I never had trouble until now, and I kept avoiding going to the doctor and it just got worse. I hope your's gets better! Take care - have a good day (or is it night for you now?).
It's 14.2C right now and a bit wet. We (thankfully) don't ever get it as hot or cold as you guys.

Good morning all - another cold day out there so perhaps will hunker down by the fire and stay warm with hot drinks. Sounds like a good day for a pot of hot homemade soup! Maybe I can talk hubby into making us his secret recipe. He makes the best soup in the world! Hope everyone has a great day?!
Thanks @HollyGolightly It's sore sometimes but I use eye drops and then my eye get's better after a while. Mornings are worst. If I am very tired or
have to get up very early my eye is sore. But it's rare now, after the eye doctor last year found out what was wrong. And I have eye drops for it.

Sounds good to me - I am thawing out some hamburger meat and trying to decide what to make.
Hubby does not like pasta so I can forgot about spaghetti and meatballs. He does not like chili with kidney beans, so none of that. I have gotten him to eat meatloaf, however.
His favourite thing is something called "Mince and Tatties". You brown the meat with onions, salt and pepper, then thicken it with gravy. This is served over mashed potatoes. Plain and simple but he thinks it's great.
