Hi Holly - we did not get ours up until Christmas Eve this year which is really late so maybe we will pretend we are Ukrainian and just leave it up until Ukrainian New Year's Day (January 14th this year)
One year it was still up in February! (shame, shame) - no I could not do that (leave it up all year) that is just too weird! even for meMorning all. Holly we already started some high winds here today. The rest is coming. So must do some errands this morning. Would like the longer vacation around here. Took my tree down already. Neesy the 14th sounds go or even leave it up for next year.
You're acting all Catholic girl - Christmas Eve thru Epiphany, but Jan 12th is the Baptism, so you can still be celebratory and not look all crazy. Feb 14th though, hmmmm, a Valentine tree? I like it!
Good luck at your apt today! I hope you get good news. Its darn cold over here, 12F, but they were sayin' it would be 8, so I'll take 12. I don't want to get out and go to work, but it's looks like I'm going to have to. Take care and stay warm!

Hey there - I'm going to the doctor today for something going on with my eye too. I thought I had a busted blood vessel, it happened 2 months ago, it's taking forever to get better and I thought it was on the mend, but last night it started itching and now that I've rubbed it looks all scary and it hurts. I'm a big baby when it comes to doctors, so I'm dreading this. And I'm trying not to google - I'm sure I'll diagnosis myself with something terminal. When's your apt?
Hi KFF and Holly - I have to drive my son to his worker's appointment. They are trying to study for a written driver's test. He will be there from 10:30 until 2:30 today so I had to pack him a lunch. It's only 9:43 here so he is filling up my tub for me with hot water and bubbles
He is usually only there two hours so I hope he can handle a four hour session.
