Sorry to hear that Kurben. I hope you get better quick! I remember as a lad one Christmas heartily laughing at my Aunt Lynne who was acting goofy and making funny faces and noises for my benefit. It was then that my uncle calmly stuck his leather wallet in her mouth and waited. It was about the same time I was whacked on the back of my head by my mom who took me out of the room and explained to me what was going on. Thankfully my Aunt was in no way embarrassed by this and made me feel less guilty for laughing. All the best, mal.

Sorry to hear this Kurben. Go see a Doctor Monday morning please. Your doctor should maybe do an eeg and he should know that you take a higher dose of your meds. When you have a headache I am afraid you have a mild concussion. So see a Doctor.

Dont be to alarmed, dear friends. I have had many attacks through the years and this was no Damages to speak of. I only wish the tungue could stop hurting. Makes eating painful. The headache is the normal after an attack. When you have a kind of hurricane in your brain it hurts afterwards but it is no concussion.

If you don't mind me asking...can they be treated with medicine so that they are less frequent? I'm sure you see a physician.

I had about two epileptic attacks back when I was a child. Took meds about 10 years since I am 10 nothing happend thank God.
But I always had a concussion. My first attack was in the bathroom so it was my head vs. the tiles. The second was in elementary school and I ran against a big glas door. ;-D

So scary you had to go through an attack alone Kurben. I had a friend who suffered with epilepsy in Catholic School. He was an outcast because of his condition, but a couple in my group befriended him and always included him in our non-rigorous activities (as rigorous activities often brought on an attack) during lunch and recess. When he had a seizure we would sit with him and hold his hands, and watch so he wouldn’t bite his tongue, or take his hands and walk him around if he wanted to walk, until help arrived.

I was listening to NPR this morning and they were reporting on some very good results with Cannabidiol and epilepsy.
