Had an attack today. Feel rather weak and drained. Damages rather minor though. Bit my tungue rather bad, some bruises but that will heal. Lucky my glasses were not damaged. If it had happened an hour earlier i would have been outside and then it would have been much worse.
Had an epilepsi attack today.

...is this an unusual occurrence?....what I mean is, is this a "breakthrough seizure" as opposed to ones that you keep under control with medication?....
Were you alone? See Dr! If your were by yourself, you don't know how long it lasted.
Let you body heal- Ck in with dr. might need to adjust meds. You've been under stress- new job, new situation, holidays-- all triggers.
...exactly....that's what my question was leading to....those things that might influence onset of seizure activity....
Kurben glad to here it wasn't any worse.
I was alone as it happened at home. It came as a surprise. Havent had one in a long time. Lucky it is the weekend so i dont have anywhere to be until monday. But have to cancel my plans. I have an appointment with my doc on the 19 of january. I Will mention it then. Right now it is rest that is needed. Some headache and bruises are a mild result of an attack. Once i lost three teeth . Lucky i was reading in bed when it happened so not so many Hard places to injure yourself at.
...I think I would make call to your Doc about the event....you probably need a med adjustment...at least for a short time...anything I can help with, you need only ask....
Didja forget your meds? I have not had one in years but I still get wary when I lack sleep. Be careful and no baths! Take showers instead.
We had that covered. Last time we talked we agree to try to lower the meds because i have a rather high dose. If I had any bad influenser of this i would go back to the old, higher dose. The high dose of meds is making my falling to sleep more difficult so we decided to try a bit lower. Now i will just take the old dose until we meet.
