I have eaten all kinds of sushi, raw rhubarb out of the ground and brushed off, fried bugs, jellyfish salad for breakfast, raw oysters, steak tartare, raw eggs, and just things in general that has made Grandma go, "Really???" I'm trying to devise an artichoke-hearts-and-capers salad that I'm sure will be lovely.

But asking me to eat brussels sprouts (or lima beans) is a bit too much. Maybe I just haven't have them prepared properly.

No. I went to the Golden Corral and loved the Brussel Sprouts. Of course you realize what the rest of the buffet must've been like.
Oh yes - I remember the Golden Corral from King Kon 2014 in Ohio.

Considering the great company we had (I sat next to Bob and across from Tommy) I wasn't exactly concentrating on the food but there sure was a lot of it! - it was my first time going to one of these as we don't have them in Canada, that I know of.

Jillian and Addie really enjoyed the ice cream.

I actually really like Brussels Sprouts. I buy the frozen bags, but since you can see through it, I feel to make sure they’re small in size, because I don’t care for the larger ones. I microwave the bag, then put it in a saucepan over low heat with loads of butter, and salt and pepper to taste. YUM!!! Yes, I’m sick that way. :)

You are a man after my husband's heart!
(he's a chef so that is a compliment).
