...oh I'm sorry, you were serious. Americans suck. They don't care. Sorry but as a rule this is true.It was all rather overblown. I can only imagine how the food is wasted. I hope they at least compost the left overs rather than tossing them out in the garbage.

I roast them with balsamic vinegar till the get a char on them and a bit crispy.
I call them "little cabbages" and they have a very strong taste - not really one of my favourites.I have never had a brussel sprout.
