Hello there.

I'm currently 24 years old, I've been reading King's books since I was around 13-14 years old. I always went to the library, since I haven't had enough money to buy one of his books, my mom raised me alone, and we weren't exactly in the good money situation. But since I've been working, I finally bought a bunch of King's books, instead of spending the money to alcohol, or drugs, since I have some problems inside my head, and King's books always helps me escape from the reality. Sorry for my bad English, I'm from Hungary, Central Europe.
So, hello all, and thank you Mr. King for your work, since without you, I'd be somewhere else while living sometimes the hell itself.

...his books are their own kind of addiction, but a healthy one....if you have self-acknowledged mental issues, then you are doing the right thing man, seek counseling if you haven't already and best of luck with the demons-nothing King has created is half a s scary as the real ones our minds can plague us with...

Welcome to the SKMB! Keep posting!

Your English is pretty damn good, in my humble opinion (imho). I too got started on sK in order to try to escape a kind of hell-on-Earth time. He was what the doctor ordered.

Hungary is a country I would really love to visit. It has a very strong culture that interests me a lot. A big warm hug from Alberta, Canada. WELCOME AND ENJOY.

Welcome! :watermelon:

First, your English is just fine. It's better than a lot of native speakers!
Second, I think you'll find that many of us here have lived "the hell itself." It's one of the things that brings us together. No judgment here. Just a good place to hang out.
