Did you take things down from your outside walls? Not something I ever thought about when we had our siding redone, and I had one picture fall and break. Took everything else down, after that!

Spent four hours doing yard work today out in the fresh air and sunshine... I feel tired, but the good kind of tired.
A dear friend and SKMB member sent me a surprise package of SK (and SK related) books! I am blessed and incredibly grateful to have this person in my life. She is one of the best people I've ever known.
I'm going over to a special friend's home and sit by the pool and drink margaritas for the afternoon. And he makes killer margaritas

If all goes according to plan, I should be attending a summit for the Australian Youth Climate Coalition, a nationwide youth activist group. It feels groovy to do something to help your fellow humans.

At the local uni. I think day one will be workshops, day two will be "action" of some sort, I think we get to talk to some politicians or something.

They (not the politicians, the AYCC) did this awareness raising thingo, wherein they had people go up to politicians during interviews and stuff, whilst dressed as elephants (because coming up to election time, climate change was the "elephant in the room"). One of the elephants ended up getting to talk to the then-PM at Parliament House.
