Been looking around. Big framed Wyeth. (dog in bed, my favorite) over bed.
Williamsburg Monthly Flowers framed. Clock with the pendulum. Who was I ?
I was thinking I should get a cut out of Mary's head and put it over the curtains. Going to do that, but make it tasteful. The way the blue with sheer flows in the wind will make it perfect.
And booby traps. Yes. Random clowns.

Happy today because I got to do the Spring *clean-up* in the yard. Blew out the garage, pulled the old crusty weeds out in the front, mowed the lawn. Rather not do any of it, but it's got to get done. Like parenting.

The two stories I wrote today are doing really well. I've almost broken $200 for the month so far!
The kids left at 6Am, and won't be back until about 8 tonight! Larry, and I have the house to ourselves the whole day!!

Whenever I need "good" clothes I need to buy new ones. Usually what I have is to out of date, and sometimes I've also outgrown them. (Sad but true.)
Next month we have our son's grad. He'll be in uniform....and it is a big fancy affair. (Goodness I hope if the mayor is there he doesn't talk.)
Anyway, I have some pants, but I needed a top to go with it. The pants are black. The shoes are low and black. So, I wanted a top that is not black...add a bit of colour. What I was looking for was: not black, not tight, short sleeve. So, guess what I got?

I had taken two tops to try on. The first was for the grad. It was black sleeveless, with an attached cape/type thing over which was gray/white/black. The black shirt was just because I liked it and was going to buy it for other than the grad. Lol
Tried on the gray/white/black and liked it. If fit well, looked fine and decided I would buy it. Then I tried on the black one. And I LOVED it. I went to show it to dh and he also though I should skip the other.

Now, I just have to hope it's not to hot out that day. The sleeves are a very loose crochet, but it's black.

Actually they turned me down - my iron was 120.1 and the lowest limit allowed is 120.5! (My friend passed the blood test and the written test though, so at least one of us got to donate).

I did have a momentary craving for sausage recently. I bought the all beef wieners and decaf Tassimo so I guess eventually I will adapt.This is funny! Not so shallow to you. I don't hang curtains. It makes my mother in law crazy. I think that's one of the reasons I don't hang any - We've lived in our current house 13 years and still no curtains.
So true! I don't think coffee-less, bacon-less blood would make my heart pump.
