I'd be sure to include a list of parts at the get-go, diagram of parts, actual size...and to be really hip seems like it'd be best to also include a program you could download to your wrist rocket or phaser...an 800 number to call if perplexed...and someone with a foreign accent to answer the 800 number. Like this time I call about the cell phone...I call Lower Bagu Bagu and the helpful person tells me, 'just go stand by a window!' That'd be #3 on the list: Just go stand by a window.

Being nice is as much an armor that people put on as is smartness, anger, quiet, fear, busy, or being a big show...all to keep from seeing the world as it is.
