I rarely use my phone anywhere away from home. Sometimes I text from a store or restaurant, if I get a text from someone, but I don't walk or drive and text. It's hard enough to hit the correct letters standing still.Do you walk along the hallway or the street looking down at your phone? Sometimes I feel like startling these people just to see what would happen(of course then I would be acting "inappropriate" again!

...I've said elsewhere, that when I worked in acute care-we actually kept a notebook of these screw-ups, just to add some levity to the long difficult nights...my favorite will always be...."Admitting Diagnosis" Patient states he ate his Grandmother's skeleton"(skelaxin, a skeletal muscle relaxant)....11. The lab test indicated abnormal lover function.

This sounds like something a transcriptionist might actually type in error. The other examples show someone who just types whatever they see without even thinking.
Oh! Wait! (maybe they were hand written notes) in which case you cannot read the doctor's hand writing anyway
