Keeping fingers crossed and holding my breath that the Nor'easter is going to stay farther east so we don't get dumped on again. "Only" 1-3" of snow in the forecast for us for tomorrow but still miserably cold. Set new records yesterday and today for the lows. I didn't even bother looking at the thermometer for my house which is almost always several degrees colder than Bangor as it's just too depressing as it is. They're promising that this will be the last big snowstorm for this year and then things will turn around and the temperatures will become more seasonable. How they know that when they have enough trouble forecasting day to day is beyond me so will believe it when I see it.

Don't believe a word of it!!!!!!!!! I'm so mad I could spit nails and build myself a new storage shed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That sounds horrible - the weathermen just don't want you to give up hope - damn pacifists!

Are you in the path of the Nor'easter?

Last I checked we were in the 2-4 zone, but who knows really? On Sunday night it was a foot, 6-12 yesterday morning, last night nothing. Now 2-4. I'm west of Concord so hopefully it stays away, but like you said above.......it's the damn cold. Now they are saying even with a little snow the wind will blow over 30 mph. And only be in the 30's. Nice wind chill............

Need any construction work done? I've got plenty of nails to spit!!!!!!

I've been thinking of adding a second storey to my house. That might just about cover it. ;-D

I hear you on the cold being the worst part of this winter. We really haven't had any more snow than usual but the cold is relentless.

It is zero degrees here with still lots of snow on the ground that should start melting soon. Maybe by Easter things will start to look better out there!
I hope so, since I took one week's vacation right around Easter.
