That is exciting! I hope he figures out a way to bring that one to life in an epic, yet classy way.
I just finished The Institute and I think that would make a very good film in the right hands.
Very super cool - I had no idea and will be googling that shortly.
Best of luck to you on the surgery Kurb. My co-worker is having a kind of routine sort of surgery tomorrow - I wonder if they will cancel it before she makes it in. I wouldn't want to be in surgery center at all right now.
Hey Riot! Good to see you!!! We see your cousin often over on the Weekend board.

I'm sure he does. He listens to a lot of different music genres and for quite a few years now has been into country music along with old school rock and the heavy metal. This will probably totally ruin his reputation but he's also a big fan of disco. For those interested I found that Black Sabbath song about The Shining.
Steve, being a metal head, probably loves the fact the favt that the metal gods did a song about one of his novels, it's the only book I beleive Sabbath has ever done a song about. Moderator Does Steve know this, and if not I would pass it on, he'll probably love it.
Disco? aw f****ck me.I'm sure he does. He listens to a lot of different music genres and for quite a few years now has been into country music along with old school rock and the heavy metal. This will probably totally ruin his reputation but he's also a big fan of disco.
Hey, I love some good country as much as anybody, but am I the only one who imagines Steve in his boxers doing some kind of Macarena style dance to classic Disco? The only thing thats missing is the Afro.Disco? aw f****ck me.
That's it! Give me my SKMB dues back!
That picture I had of him typing himself into a frenzy listening to heavy metal just ain't the same when I picture him typing maniacally to Boogie Fever.Hey, I love some good country as much as anybody, but am I the only one who imagines Steve in his boxers doing some kind of Macarena style dance to classic Disco? The only thing thats missing is the Afro.
I sure hope so. I know I don't want to go there. shudderHey, I love some good country as much as anybody, but am I the only one who imagines Steve in his boxers doing some kind of Macarena style dance to classic Disco? The only thing thats missing is the Afro.

Joe Hill probably walks in on him while he's doing it and goes, "again?" Then sighs and leaves.I sure hope so. I know I don't want to go there. shudder
I'm available for an intervention on Monday, April 6th. I was a semi-certified deprogrammer in the late 70's.I'm sure he does.
