haven't seen or heard of it!Well my favourite NZ film has to be 'The Devil Dared Me To'. Which goes to show how sophisticated my sense of humour is.

the best thing is the Wellington and surrounding scenery...otherwise, yeah, its a yawn.I was a fan of Peter Jackson's before LOTR - I actually first saw 'The Frighteners' which I think is an undervalued gem (albeit, set in the U.S but filmed in NZ) and then went back and watched the back catalogue. Heavenly Creatures is amazing.
I do like LOTR though - I loved the books and I think that is about as good an adapatation as is possible from Hollywood. I think there is a different feel about that trilogy though that is very un-hollywood. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about The Hobbit Trilogy which feels like it is all green screen.
Ridiculous - it is more Flat White land and pies.latte land and expensive villas...
I wouldn't know these days, it's a place I avoid, a traffic nightmare with no free parking, dinky shops and overpriced coffee. In the seventies, houses there were dirt cheap...Ridiculous - it is more Flat White land and pies.
also Once Were Warriors, Goodbye Pork Pie, The Bounty, Mr Wrong/Dark of the Night, Sleeping Dogs...Those are all great movies!
Welcome Freaky! She's super freakkkkky, yow! Can't touch this.I bought a 2nd hand copy of The Dark tower for 50p, i read the hell out of it and then later on found out it was a 2nd print and quite rare. From that moment it has prime place on my book shelf.
I was devasted to come home one day to find our 8 month old puppy had created confetti with it! Out of all my books this was the one he had chosen to destroy. In fact the only thing ever apart from his toys and footballs! Sods law eh? Xx
