Jason and the Argonauts good too. The old one.
Growing up I loved anything and everything Ray Harryhausen. His stop-motion stuff looked better than realistic to me, I assume because of the nature of the subject matter always being scifi, fantasy, horror. His effects seemed to fit perfectly. He was one of the primary sources of fun for me watching movies as a kid.

I have that one on DVD. I remember seeing it in a theater when I was a teenager.

Yep, good movie. I love Ray also. Love all his Aladdin things too.

I know this will sound shallow but anything with Johnny Depp in it has to be seen by me. Except for the one in which he carries a gun. I can't handle gunfire for very long.
I absolutely have to have a shallow part of life in order to deal with or offset the intensity of my job. I have to have something that's just plain fun, and he's definitely that.
But I liked him in Sleepy Hollow. He's not just a face, although he definitely has a good-looking one.

I'll leave on Notting Hill. The supporting characters are far more interesting than either Julia Roberts or Hugh Grant in that film.

I'll also leave on
The Untouchables
Steel Magnolias
Independence Day
Identity
Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil
Oh wow, Identity, absolutely!!!!
