I wondered where Rudolph spent his summers. Bless his little heart.
*Looks around expectantly*
Now, where's that "Double Like" button when you need it???????
Love and Green Lights, my dear.
Brilliant GNTLGNT, made me spit tea on the 'pewter!!
Honestly, I'm amazed at what folks come up with to complain about.
I enjoy those notes as much as anyone, but I've always considered them to be a little extra treat when they appear......and they do not appear as often as some people would like us to think.
I read Stephen King because I enjoy the thrill of the ride.
...Wowser!...I ruined a couple of 'puters yesttiday!
....and both with tea!
Awww...I so don't see how my brother can shoot those. I think of Bambi every time. I think it's the spots that remind me. O well. I just had to say that, because it's such a cute deer.
We'll let it slide this time.
Hi and welcome!
It's unfair to expect someone to give us these things. It's a nice perk, yes. But definitely not a requirement.
Have fun posting!
I was disappointed, as well. The letter to the Constant Readers is the first place I go when reading a new SK book. Just saying!
Bummer, huh? I've always considered them gravy for the main meal-A Brand New, Goodie Roonie Stephen King Book!
And we get two, count them, TWO books this year!
How did you like the book? (I get mine tomorrow.)
Welcome and keep posting.
Now, can you please talk to Amazon and find out WHY it takes them ten (10) days to get me my book. Dahm. I ordered it on the 2nd and it SUPPOSED to get here tomorrow by 8pm.
I figure after so many novels, collections, essays, etc etc., it's got to be difficult to find a new way to say "Thank you for reading" every single time. I admit that reading those forwards and afterwards it's a nice perk but I think he's told me he appreciates me enough through the years to let it slide this time.
They are nice and I believe he appreciates us enough to keep writing and give us thrills. We certainly appreciate him.
Thank you Mr. King.
Dear Constant Reader-
Here's the new book. Read it, 'Nuff said. Love and Best Wishes, Steve
...that's some Rinky-Tink BS!....that's usually the case with the SK Library mailings to me, but I got mine three days after release, instead of day after forever...
...isn't that kinda like reading the final page before starting the book?....just saying...
IT's not glowing, you lied!!!! Grrrrrrrr BUT it is in the shape of a heart
