....can't handle the dude in that whatever.....as my Mom would have said "looks like he's trying to do something and can't"......
I understand. I sort of like the big F.U. to the status quo. Shake things up. Make people stop and think. In your face deviations from the "norm" like this always reveal things about ourselves.

Keeps us learning, growing and changing. Stagnation is so last year!

The outfit, while it made me smile, did look very very Mrs. Danvers. And that makes me laugh.

Or, perhaps Scarlet O'Hara in her mourning dress.

The sun is peeking up over the trees. I sit back and reflect what life is a big strange journey. I am one month post surgery. I am still waiting on my oncha score to determine chemotherapy or not. I know radiation for six weeks. I want to express my appreciation to all who have been there for my journey.

Hey Moderator - how are you holding up after having your surgery? Still a bit sore? Sending you lots of healing vibes - hope you get some rest and your partner is treating you well

I'd bring you some chicken soup but I live too far away!
Still more tired than I thought I would be at this point. I've been able to stop using the sling although careful about how much range of motion I use. The pain level isn't bad so stopped using the opiods a couple days after the surgery and on just Tylenol as needed. It's not a constant pain, more just twinges if I move my arm in certain positions but I also have a fairly high pain tolerance. Am hoping the weather forecast will change before Monday when I'm supposed to go in for my post-op checkup as it's currently calling for 3-5" of snow. I wouldn't be driving but still would rather not be out in that mess if I don't have to. Am set up to begin PT next Wednesday. My SO has been taking good care of me but I think he's more than ready for me to take over the cooking chores again. Thanks for asking and the well wishes!

Continued healing vibes, and please do not over do. Take the healing slow and steady and you'll be better than ever.
