It’s all fun and games till someone starts throwing pomegranates around.;;D

Hey Flakers, how you doing ma’am?

I'm good thanks, Ghost. Had my first day back at work today after having had 2 weeks off with school holidays.
Felt strange getting up early and having those routines... but was good to see my work people.

I've just read you had a lazy sofa day? Good for you.

Two weeks off work sounds grand.

Yeah, I’m almost feeling guilty for my lack of doing pretty much anything productive today but it was nice to just recharge the batteries and veg out on the couch and talk to Tamara today. Also have the two year old human hurricane to take care of so guess it wasn’t a complete do nothing day but even he seemed to be content to just watch cartoons and play for the most part.

Sounds like the perfect day!

I need to go cook some dinner, I have NO idea what I'm making yet. :biggrin2:

I'm taking some solace from your post - this morning is my first day back after two weeks off too!
:cry_pig:

Maybe I'll feel better after I see all my work buddies again:question_pig:

This afternoon myself and Shirley ended up in the wonderful wooded area that is Ravensdale. We brought Kayla, our Golden Labrador, for a lovely walk and at one stage wandered off the beaten track. I led the way and at one point said to Shirls, 'I can hear your footsteps behind me but just had a crazy thought. I imagined turning around to find that it was somebody else there, following me!'
Shirley's reply was, 'You're reading too much Stephen King' :icon_eek:

Heard really sad news this afternoon as a poor guy got killed when a tree fell on his car near Ravensdale during the storm :ohnoes:

Or maybe some kiwi cobbler...is there such a thing?
...if not, there should be.....
...did find a Kiwi/Raspberry Cobbler....(figured when I Googled "Kiwi Cobbler" I'd end up finding pictures of some wizened old New Zealander fixing shoes).....
