I have used Melatonin. For me it was a little of hit or miss. But melatonin is what the body produces naturally to make us drowsy. Sp the thought is the more M you take the sleepier you get but of course our bodies is deceitful things. My experience is that if you take it to often the body grows used to it and you dont feel drowsy at all. And i learned, for me at least, it only worked for awhile shortly after you took it so if you dont go to bed after you taken itit it simply wears off and its like you never taken it. Scott might know more. When i really want to sleep i have a sleeping pill called Imovane that almost always works.My sleep score on fitbit has been in the Good range. But I don't feel rested. So, I've been taking Melatonin. Does anyone have any experience with this voodoo?
I swear, I've taken it for about 5 days and my sleep score has gone down to the low Fair range. One Poor score! It's worse! WTH.
Anyone with a similar experience? If so, have you found something that may work better?

My tablets are 3 mg. When i took 1 nothing happened. Now, when i use it i take 3 it does have effect. my doctor said to take 1-3 tablets, whatever worked best for me. Perhaps try 11/2 if one does not do it??Thanks Kurben. I'll keep all this in mind going forward.
In looking information about it, it says to start with 1 to 3mg. The melatonin I got is 5 mg and it says to take 2 before bed. So maybe it's just too much for me. Apparently you can take too much. So, I'm going to wait a few days to let my system calm the hell down and then try just one and see what that does.
