John kidnaps Eric and puts a gun to his head. He knows Eric knows he killed Danny and was planning on telling Marco. They argue and John has a sort of epiphany and lets Eric go free. Kevin is being harrassed by Marco and wants to come clean, he's sick of hiding. He says, "John did it." Marco turns on him and says he will make sure all three siblings go to prison. Kevin reacts by grabbing a ceramic dolphin statue and hitting Marco in the head, killing him. John is last seen leaving town with ghost Danny smiling and smoking in passenger seat. Meg confronts Sally at the resort and tells her she needs to tell her something. She is about to come clean. End of season. At least watch the last two episodes. It was a winding, meandering season that tried my patience at times, but over all I liked the complex storytelling.

Okay, wait a minute.

Danny IS dead? This whole time I thought he was alive somehow. He's not? He's a ghost? Crap, I have to quit multitasking while I watch these shows.

Yeah, he's definitely dead. The three siblings hid the body but it was found. You probably got confused because he shows up in many flashbacks with his son Nolan and the whole restaurant storyline. It's worth watching because it explains alot. I think he'll be back in season three in this form. Sort of John's guilty conscience/ghost.

Okay, I was definitely doing too much multitasking. I thought for sure he was dead too, but then when he showed up, I was thinking, oh my lord! he made it out of that somehow. I'm going to restart season 2 to pick up that these were flashbacks. dammit! I love this show and should have paid better attention! Somewhere I missed that these were flashbacks!

Thank God they remade The Shining. I could only take so much of her running around in kulots and crying with a cigarette in her hand. My brother said, in this movie, she's all hair and teeth. I wouldn't go that far. That's harsh, lol.

I'll go a step further by asking this: has anyone ever seen Shelly Duvall and Steve Buscemi together??

No, no no no -- Steve Buscemi is NOT Shelly Duvall. No. Just no. no. No. Shelly isn't that great of an actress, she could no way play Steve Buscemi. And Steve Buscemi would be a much better Shelly Duvall.
