Today is the 30th anniversary of the movie Dirty Dancing. Anyone else like that movie? I watch it over and over again.

Gotta say - I am a weirdo in that it does absolutely nothing for me - not sure why - just don't find Patrick Swayze appealing.

Andy could not believe I had never seen the whole thing - oh well - different strokes for different folks I guess!

Just Googled it and apparently some episodes are on HULU. I think my daughter has that so maybe I can pilfer her password. I'll let you know if I have any luck over the weekend.

Thanks. I haven't logged into my HULU account in a while, had been considering cancelling it, but I'll check and see if I can find Night Gallery.

I am rewatching Les Revenants, The Returned, again. I absolutely love this series. The foreign version. The subtitled version. Not that American crap they tried to do.

When these foreign shows are good, they are so good, because they use the setting as another character. I can't express enough how I love foreign settings in these well-made shows.

There once was a girl named Carrie who wanted to be Thinner even though she was a Bag of Bones. Her friend Christine was worried about her because Carrie had Insomnia and stayed at the gym called The Green Mile until Four Past Midnight or Just After Sunset. IT was the fault of that Home Shopping Network show, Needful Things, selling those weight loss pills called Firestarter from a weight loss program called The Regulators. . The pills had caused nothing but Misery and Desperation since she started taking them. The Dark Half of the story was that nobody could help her, not even her neighbor Dolores Claiborne. The Shining light at the end of the tunnel was that she was taking The Stand against her body dysmorphia and had no more Rage or self loathing.
Lately she was working the Night Shift at a bar called The Dead Zone and it operated on a Skeleton Crew most nights.

She was mad because of all the Roadwork in front of the Pet Sematary near her house. Every morning she Rose Madder and madder! Everything's Eventual so she just took The Long Walk to work.
