Note to self: Don't buy generic/off-brand Greek yogurt again. Spend the extra quarter for the good stuff. Think I just ate a chunk of pineapple (hope that's what it was!) from the strawberry flavored kind.

I was on yogurt kick for a while..I now have difficulties with wanting to purchase the yogurt. I think that would be yogurt burn out. I also learned there was a new exercise routine that looked intense. It is called Tabata. It looked like all how participated got a great work out.
