Yesterday I went to a seminar of Lyn White...she works for Animals Australia...I am seriously thinking of going back to being a vegetarian. I used to be one when I was younger but became anaemic...now days there is ways you can easily get B12 in your system...and I have never liked red meat anyway...the problem is my husband would hate it...thoughts?

I think you should follow your heart, it might mean having to make some changes so that your husband can still enjoy what he likes too, but maybe it would be worth it, if this is the way you'd like to live?

(In my heart I am vegetarian, but I am constantly betrayed by my damned taste-buds. :a11: )

I have told him (over then phone cause he is always away :( ) that I want more vege meals than meat to start with, like at least 3 a week. I was vege when he met me and he coped, I am a good cook so I cook good food....I think I am leaning to it, I buy all free range as it is :confuse:

He could always cook his own food if he doesn't like what you're preparing? :biggrin2:

Today I am having a slooow day at work (so you guys get me here instead).
I was meant to be doing training sessions but people cancelled...I have to say I am so happy that they cancelled because it is Friday and I would totally rather be here :)
I am also up-to-date on all my work, so I'm not even skiving off =D

My 21 year old son just came out of his room and asked me how to spell his middle name. It's a general name, nothing crazy or spelled goofy. Just a plain ol' name. Yes, It can be spelled a couple different ways, but, COME ON! You don't know how to spell your own middle name?

This kid is never leaving home. Here is his picture.

Here, there and everywhere.
I just got back from Woodcraft, an amazing woodworking place that has everything! When I die, I want to come back as a wood worker. I want to know how to measure, cut, drill, saw, lathe etc... I want to learn how to use every tool out there in the world!

But, 2 of the guys working there were missing parts of their fingers. Woodworking separates the men/women from their digits. If pro wood workers were missing body parts, what would i cut off? This keeps me healthily afraid of power tools.

My daughter took wood shop in junior high, and learned all about safety. They were allowed to use the lathes and presses and drills only after eight weeks of safety training. Her teacher, who was a stone cold fox, was missing a couple of inches from various fingers.

Good for her. And yes? Woodworkers put their heart, soul and fingers into their projects.
