Yes, it happens a lot to me at work.
This drives me nuts. How does someone feel good about themselves when they try to act like something is theirs and they know it isn't? Sorry this happens to you.
Well, I just tell myself that I'm smarter than them and that's why they jack my sh!t. When it comes to my major ideas I plan and execute so they can't be jacked.
DJ, sometimes I want them to jack my idea because it makes a certain issue go away for me. I'm good at playing people but I only use it wisely now, I'm more considerate. There used to be a time when I didn't care . . .but, it's not how I want to be anymore.

There are just people who I will tell them how to solve something, they look at me like I'm crazy, and then a couple days later the exact same stuff comes out of their mouth that I said as if they thought of it themselves and they are brilliant. And it solved the problem. Give me credit!
