Morgan will be leading the group tonight on the Four Past Midnight, The Langoliers 1.23.15 site. I received a call last evening, my mother will be having emergency surgery today, mass on her pancreas, bile duct ect...Father weighs less than 100 lbs. I am leaving now to take care there. Love you guys, take care,..don't know when Ill be back.

Prayers for you mom. May surgery go well and healing begin. Safe journey for you.

I'm really shy, but I would do anything to help a friend! I filled in one other time and it went okay. This Discussion Group means the world to me - it's kept me actively reading during some bleak times. VL can rest assured we will rally together in her time of need!

Unless a moderator has any words of wisdom for us, anyone online now who has participated in this group can weigh in and vote if they want to discuss the end of The Langoliers tonight, or wait until next Friday (and hope we hear from VultureLvr45 about what she wants us to do). It's up to you Morgan but I think that if VLvr was here but couldn't stay that she would say to go ahead if enough people would like to.
(I haven't read it recently enough sorry so will be unable to participate)

I don't think you would be overstepping at all, I'm sure she would appreciate the support.

I really hope things are going okay for them, it is scary stuff. Poor girl...

We will be discussing the next story in Four Past Midnight, Secret Window, Secret Garden next Friday night at 8:30 p.m. (Central).
