I made these last Friday to take to work - still have some left - easy recipe using graham cracker crumbs for a no-bake brownie - with chocolate icing
MMMMMMM - have you tried these FlakeNoir ??
This looks a lot like my speciality "Flake's Chocolate Fudgecake".
We don't get Graham crackers here though and so I use (I know, we're weird) biscuits called (either) Round/Super/or Vanilla Wines.

Butter and sugar melted in a pot
Whisk milk and cocoa together
Crush biscuits
Chop (sorry AnnaMarie) a mixture of whatever nuts you have on hand
Add cocoa mixture and nuts to pot
Bring to the boil
Pour at once over the crushed biscuits and add a teaspoon of vanilla, mix.
Turn out into a dish lined with baking paper, press down flat
When cool, ice with chocolate icing. (I always use real chocolate in this as well)

Yummy....

Very similar actually!
Perhaps we could compare recipes some day - who knows?

I had the yummiest candy bar yesterday. Butterfinger and peanut butter cups! MMMMM! It's new, I saw it at the checkout when I was getting groceries the other day, but resisted temptation. (I am down 12 lbs. Yay me!! But I just cannot have chocolate or sweets around...I treat myself once a month or so) But I did pick one up yesterday. Soooo yummy. I hope they stick around for a while.
