Well I guess I am a bit depressed. Went for my appt. on the 12th. got some awful news. now trying to process. Apparently the surgery has stopped all the bleeding. How ever, the hole has remained open. The dr. said he could try a couple more surgerys if I would like but believes it isn't going to help. So I am trying to decide what to do. been in my own little world.

Doctors are not infallible - keep your spirits up.
Lin--may I ask a question? Is there a large medical facility in your area( or even one you might need to travel to) that specializes in eye condition like yours? If I recall correctly, this doctor has done way more for you than the first. Perhaps---- there is one out there that could do even more. I realize there are many factors to consider in a decision--- just throwing that thought out to you. Cost and insurance may play a factor too. How I wish all could get the best care no matter what the cost- I do dream sometimes!
