One thing I love to do when I get my assignment, is to check out that person's profile page, and threads they have started. It's a great way to see what they are interested in. We're a little short on time this year, but I still plan to do some snooping!!
Exactly what I do. I hit their page and then look at their postings. And I try to go way back, to something they said months and months ago that sort of got buried in the threads.
