Haha, we took nothing! We just got a bit slap happy one day. I can't believe I just typed that as though it's a rare occurrence.

It sounds like most of you had a much more exciting time than I. Especially the part about running pants-less down the street with a hair dryer, LMAO!

Hello honorable members of the SKMB...and GNT, hope everyone had a wonderful break.
Worked out a lot during the break.
Went out with a very nice woman who actually wanted to go out on a 2nd and 3rd date! So far so good, she's very, very nice and thinks I am also which means she is 1)obviously a terrible judge of character and, 2)has little or no common sense whatsoever...but I'm not complaining...lol Going slow, but hoping the trend continues.

I'd say she sounds like a smart cookie, and a great judge of character and plenty of common sense!

So, what did I do .....
Well, I finished the spring cleaning and even the kitchen cupboards too. Made plans with daughter
Anne to visit in July for longer than a week. Going whale watching! Can't wait!! Wanted to do that
for 30 years! On evacuation order because of flooding/mudslides, etc. etc. Have a doctor's app't this
afternoon. Oh, still working on my Ancestry tree. Guess that's about it.

We got spring cleaning done, too, just in time to decide to tear the place up to install new windows as well as potentially new floors. Hey while we're at it, why don't we paint and redecorate? Oh, you know what else, the outdoor cattery looks pretty shabby. It could use a spruce up.
I wonder why I even spring cleaned, but it's one of those things that's instilled in my brain. I'd spring clean a condemned building before blowing it up ;D

This is similar to what we planted on Mother's Day, except we combined the red geraniums with the yellow marigolds in the same pot.

Might try to buy some more flowering plants tomorrow as we still have about four clay pots to fill.

Been working out for quite a while but this place being closed, figured might as well add some time to the nightly work out since I wasn't able to harass GNT properly like he deserves. Meeting the new lady was pure luck but I'm not complaining one bit.

I basically took over a Stephen King Wiki that seems to have been abandoned a couple of years ago and have been busy adding pages and fixing up some pretty bad pages. It's kept me busy. Oh and I have a real job as well.

My daughter had her wedding ceremony and our son, his wife, and our granddaughter were here in our house for a week and a half. We did stuff.

In the shadow of the OP, those are pretty minuscule goings-on.

Congratulations Grandpa on your daughter's wedding. What 'stuff' did you and your son and family do?
